Holiday pictures of the Lake District with the family. We took a lot of photo's, but I feel these are the best of them. From, our cruise of Lake Windermere, my bike ride around Coniston water and our walk to Rydal caves.

Cycling in various local places and on some of the viking challenge trails in fog. Taking pictures of the eerie looking mornings, and enjoying myself trudging through all the mud this area has to offer!

Cycling trip to Swaledale valley, in the Yorkshire dales. It was a really hot weekend and I didn't feel up to the job.. But still had a great time in the saddle, with fantastic views and trails. There was lots of climbing, lots of pictures to take, and some nice off-road descents. For views I would say the Yorkshire dales is the best place I have had the pleasure of exploring on a mountain bike!

Mountain biking at Sherwood pines has been my go to fix since I started driving a car. About an hour away from home it was perfect for a quickie without ramping up too many miles behind the wheel before I got my fix. The Kitchener trail was always where I headed to because for me it held the most excitement. The only thing that it really lacked for me was that it is man-made trails and not the natural beauty that you can get on camera from the more remote places of the UK.

When I first started riding mountain bikes Cannock Chase trails was my go to place...Why? Well back then I didn't drive which made the train my only option! With that in mind, Thetford forest was also a place I'd visit often...location was key! This was one year I got around to taking some photo's of Cannock Chase. They look old and grainy, but I do like to look back on that weekend!
